Fixer upper HVAC settings

I bought a beach house that I am in the process of fixing up; There is work to do inside and some to do outside, however right now it is the middle of summer, so working inside has taken kind of a backseat, and i need to detach tons of shrubs, mow the grass and edge around the woods, however with the temperatures being in the 90s and humidity at an all time high, being outdoors is horrible.

I officially make myself work around an minute in the sweltering heat and reward myself with inside work in the air conditioning.

I have spoiled myself and got my air conditioning a tune up. The A/C works and then some. I have the temperature control set as low as 65 degrees. On super tepid afternoons, it is nice walking in and out the house. I walk outside to instantaneously sweat and then back indoors to quality cooling. The work I do indoors is quite disappointing too. I am bending, twisting and squatting for minutes on end. I also scrap, paint and mud ceilings for minutes too. The sweat just pours down my face and body even with the AC. I am almost looking forward to the weather turning cold. I won’t have such a hefty Heating, Ventilation, and A/C bill anymore, however my system is to do mostly outdoor work in the cold. When I go indoors, the work is still physical. I bet with my body heat and always moving, I will not need to operate the heater; Due to this, I think I will wait to have the heating unit worked on. I can wait until everything is moved in and finish with a Heating, Ventilation, and A/C appointment for my system.
