It came with a smart thermostat with remote control, but we could also operate it using an app. I was happy with the commercial cooling equipment we purchased for our first fast food restaurant. Commercial Heating and A/C replacement took time because there was lots of HVAC ductwork to be done. But, the Heating and A/C corporation was professional and provided us a discount on a service plan. We would get proper A/C servicing for many years then start making payments after that, then once the rooftop units were done, the restaurant was ready to open.
