We are closing in on the end of February.
Of course, the calendar dates tell me this.
But I also suppose this is true because the pollen has started dusting stuff love the cars outside now. That’s the clear indication that my friend Sam and I are rolling right on into Spring. Where Sam and I live, the Spring hits early & it hits us hard. Most people would enjoy having an early Spring after dealing with the effects of a long, frigid winter. But around here, Sam and I entirely like our winter weather because it’s just about perfect. The heat pump is quiet most of the winter because my friend and I just don’t get much need for heating. The sunlight is out almost all the time to fill this gorgeous orange sky. So I get a bit distraught at saying goodbye to winter weather & having the heat pump wake up again. But at least this Spring, I won’t get knocked to my knees all the time with seasonal allergies. Normally, I can’t get any relief from allergy symptoms so I end up on meds. But this year, at least my home will be a safe refuge from all that grass & tree pollen. This is due to a recent Heating & Air Conditioning substitute. Sam and I had the Heating & Air Conditioning experts install a whole home media air cleaner inside our heating & cooling equipment. This thing works by totally destroying the DNA of all airborne contaminants with high intensity UV light. This goes for the pollen suspended inside the indoor air. So at least I’ll be pollen & allergen free in my home this Spring. On top of that, this new media air cleaner provides the cleanest odors & highest indoor air conditions Sam and I can get.
