I have a buddy who is an accomplished artist & songwriter.
He just released his fourth album.
Besides that, he had a listening party before the release, but a few people were invited to the listening party which was held at one of the city concert halls. The party had at least 50 people in addition to the concert hall was not as big, it could hold up to 200 people, however I was backstage since I needed to make sure everything fell into place as I was tasked with the responsibility of making sure everything was okay on the ground. This meant that I needed to ensure that the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C unit was functioning well. There was a programmable temperature control that I was in charge of. I would properly adjust the temperatures depending on the atmosphere within the hall. That morning the unit worked well because all of us had done the heating, ventilation plus A/C maintenance a week prior. The building management had allowed me to supervise the entire heating, ventilation plus A/C service plan. The professionals had changed the HEPA filter to enhance the function of the unit in addition to improving the circulation of scrub in addition to fresh air. They also checked the duct sealing in addition to all of us confirming it was officially intact. The city concert hall had purchased the unit from the commercial heating, ventilation plus A/C provider who had also hired a serviceman to handle the cooling install. The unit was a fairly new heating, ventilation plus A/C as it was just 2 years old. I noticed that the beach house services of commercial in addition to residential heating, ventilation plus A/C were similar, however most of the buildings within the concert hall grounds had new heating, ventilation plus A/C systems as the management had decided to update all units. The temperature controls were also updated, every building had a temperature control equipment that would be voice-controlled. Everyone loved the party in addition to the new album.
