Moving into a current condo can be such a pain.
There’s so much to do, and our parents always want to be involved in the decision making.
My dad is a plumber and wants to guess everything that’s happening with that. My Dad thinks she is a real estate goddess and was super involved in the buying process. I wish a single of them had a larger background in air conditioning and heating because I had a crazy experience with mine. I was in a rush to find an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C provider because the people I was with and I originally thought our air conditioning system was all squared away to transfer in, however it broke just a few days before the people I was with and I were set to transfer in. It didn’t supply myself and others a lot of time to quality check the providers, so the contractors that came seemed like they were pretty current to the industry. If I had the time, I would have driven around to see what local Heating, Ventilation, and A/C corporations were around myself and others and stopped inside to understand their supplier philosophy. I then would have researched the providers online to find any reviews on their air conditioning upgrades. I also would have preferred to have an air conditioning consultation before the upgrade so the contractors could have shared their know-how then, and unblessedly, time was not of the essence and I had to go with a provider that knew truly little about installing air conditioning systems. I ended up having to call a unusual provider weeks after the transfer in to come and repair some issues that arose. If only our parents could have warned myself and others about that!
