This way I can soak up all that sunshine even in the summertime weather
Living down south has been a dream of mine since I was a young boy plus when we all took a family trip there. Just everything about it seemed to be just so great. I enjoyed the food, the culture plus especially the mild weather. The sunshine seemed to shine all the time. And, I just wasn’t very fond of living in a venue where the HVAC gas furnace was running for much of the year. The south seemed to me to be the venue where I could live out my dreams. But reality hit plus it took me 30 years to realize my dream of living in the south. Having spent my whole adult life dealing with snow plus ice for month after month plus winter season after winter season, getting somewhere hot with superb HVAC is what it has all been about. Now that my husband plus I have retired, we decided that moving south would be the perfect way to start the next chapter in our lives. The first thing I did as we were packing up our lake home was to give away almost every single stitch of warm wintertime clothes. It is not something that I will miss. The home we’re going to has a sunroom that is HVAC controlled by a ductless heating and cooling unit. This way I can soak up all that sunshine even in the summertime weather. Having the sunroom independently HVAC controlled will also allow us to keep the home at a constant temperature at all times. I’m so excited to be able to finally settle down in a venue where the wintertime just can’t push me around any longer.
