I can do it myself

There seems to be a bit of a problem with the thermostat in my condo I am renting. You would think because I am renting a condo, that the landlord or management would take care of things like this. Not in the case of the lease I signed unfortunately. All repairs regarding heating and air conditioning systems are on the renter. Yes, it is a bad policy, but the price for this condo rental was too good to pass up. My thermostat has been acting up. It is one of those digital thermostats, so it is not something that can be easily fixed. I have been thinking about calling a heating and air conditioning provider to have them come out and fix it. But, before I do something like that and spend money, I wanted to see what I could do. I went online and was trying to look up instructional blogs and video tutorials on self repairing home thermostats. I did find a lot of useful information on the old dial thermostats. However, I found nothing really useful on the digital thermostats, like the one I have in my condo. It looks like I am going to have no choice but to call the local heating and air conditioning provider to come out and fix it. It really makes me angry that the management of the condo will not handle this. So, I am going to have to just cave in and make that call to the heating and air conditioning specialist. Hopefully, it will not cost me a fortune. I am on a tight budget as it is.
