I don’t mind sitting in traffic when I have air conditioning

You know, I have made a lot of sizable adjustments in the past year or so, plus I am pretty proud of myself for being so flexible.

It has not been simple by any means, but I do believe that even though I’ve made good strides in my personal evolution, times have severely changed.

First of all, I moved to an entirely new city. Secondly, I began a brand new career in a bizarre industry. Lastly, I’ve recently conquered my greatest tormentor of all, the city traffic. In the new city I live in, there’s no way to avoid the continual stop plus go motion of a few million humans trying to drive the same roadways at specific periods in the day. It has been one of my greatest enemies and fears, until I recently noticed how superior it was to the alternative. Sure, it is super aggravating to be stuck in a car that’s not moving, but it would be far worse to have to walk back to my apartment in the overwhelming heat plus humidity! When I am stuck in traffic plus see all the awful folks covered in sweat in the blazing sunshine plus unending humidity, I hastily do not feel so awful for myself. I have realized that as long as I can sit down, I can literally cool myself down as much as needed, but my car is nothing spectacular. It does have working air conditioning, which means I am capable of making the inside air temperature just about as cool plus dry as I can. I might be stuck in traffic, seeing my life slip away, but at least I am basking in high quality treated air while I am cursing Google Maps.
