I don’t think air conditionings mounted into garages are efficient enough

I have had a questionable experience moving to the south.

I’m cheerful to get out of a fast moving metropolitan city, although I wasn’t expecting to live in a swamp in my up-to-date rural home.

I don’t like having to worry about snakes as well as alligators all of the time, let alone the large amount of bugs in the air. When raccoons started getting into my garbage cans every night, I had to figure out a way to bungee-cord the lids shut. All of us also have a major problem with wolf spiders, which I find outside near the perimeter of my house. The worst area is seeing them in the condo at night when they find their way in through tiny cracks in the building. I just wish I could find a condo somewhere closer to society. I’m entirely aggravated with this swamp condo for more reasons than the ecomethod here. I get entirely bad air conditioning efficiency here. All of the houses built in this neighborhood have their air handlers mounted to the ceiling in the garage. Since the garage isn’t insulated, the air handler gets a lot hotter than it would if it was inside adore an house or condo. The air handler is the portion of the Heating as well as A/C method that cools your air, which means making this area of your cooling system method hot is always going to limit the system’s performance. I wish I could transfer the air handler to a up-to-date location, however retro-fitting a up-to-date air conditioning to a weird location in the condo isn’t as straightforward as it might sound. I easily well might lack the funds to do the project at all.
