I have a busy job for a local heating and air conditioning business and for the past few weeks I have been on a new shift and had to go on apartment calls, however I’ve never respectfully gone on apartment calls before however I worked in the sales office and made cell phone calls all day! However, the people I was with and I have been entirely too short staffed as well and I think that I am going to have to begin stepping up to the plate.
So when my boss approached me and others about starting to go on heating and air conditioning apartment calls I was a little hesitant however I knew I needed to do it.
I didn’t want to go into people’s homes and work on their heating and air conditioning systems because everyone doesn’t keep their apartment nice and clean and occasionally it grosses myself and others out. However, I think that I’m going to have to go into these houses and take care of other people’s heating and air conditioning systems because that is what my boss needs myself and others to do… Not to mention my boss is my older brother so I don’t want to let him down. The people I was with and I have been running the family heating and air conditioning business for a while now And the people I was with and I are both trying to find ways to make our company better. If I can go out to these heating and air conditioning appointments and help people out with their heating and air conditioning systems, I think it will help us out in the long run, even though I don’t want to be doing it at all personally.
