I suppose someone lied about the condition of the heater

I dislike to supply customers poor news, especially when they are certainly expecting to hear something good.

I recently had to tell a customer that they bought a device that does not work.

The customer insisted that she get a sixth opinion, although I later found out that another heating and AC provider had the same advice for the customer. The lady bought a house for currency. It was an older mobile condo and the locale at central heating and Air conditioning. She knew that the property was going to go quickly, because it was priced so cheaply. She did not take any time to have a condo inspector look at the property. Since the locale was cheap, she thought it wouldn’t be a big deal if she had to make some repairs. She called myself and others to set up an appointment, because I am a company that handles heating and AC replacements and repairs. The lady hired myself and others to perform a tune-up on the heater, because she wanted to rent the locale to someone. I took 1 look at the heating system and I told the customer that the device was inoperable. I knew it as soon as I saw that it was missing some key parts. The owner of the property was entirely unhappy with the estimate that she earned from me. I am sure she got someone else to do the labor for a cheaper price, although I know she did not get anyone to tell her that the heating system and air conditioner plan were working just fine.
