I wish I could just tell them that complaining is not gonna repair anything as well as if they have a real issue with the air conditioner they should tell upper management
I want to start this off by saying that I love our job! I certainly have constantly imagined that I would have a job that I currently do as well as I could not be more thankful to be here… However, lately I’ve been struggling a lot with our coworkers, there are a lot of ladies in our company as well as I love to be around feminine energy however it’s becoming difficult to be around these people all day. Thankfully for the past year the people I was with and I have been able to do my job from my loft however for the past two weeks I’ve had to go into the office every day. I don’t know why I knew that before they never aggravated myself and others as well as now I just can’t be around them. I know it’s because they are consistently complaining; nothing is ever wonderful enough for them at the office, and one thing our coworkers are consistently complaining about is the air conditioner at the office. The air conditioner is constantly blasting as well as it’s freezing cold. Sure enough I understand that it’s annoying to have the air-conditioning consistently running however this is nothing current to us. The air conditioner was constantly on before the people I was with and I left as well as started now working from our lofts as well as now they are just complaining, It feels like nothing but complaining. I wish I could just tell them that complaining is not gonna repair anything as well as if they have a real issue with the air conditioner they should tell upper management. However, they just sit around all day as well as complain about the temperature of the office. I’m getting quite sick of it as well as finding our coworkers certainly annoying.
