My wife and I live in a two thousand square foot house, where one half was constructed in the mid 1900’s and the other half was completed in 2011. It has two Heating plus A/C systems! Heating plus A/C can also be refined to HVAC. Engineers are very direct when naming their machines. People just call it an AC system now because it’s simple. I’d have called it an indoor environment dictator plus created it with much easier access to the insides, which would make washing it easier. That’s just me though I guess. Each of our two air conditioning units have its own temperature control, however there are a lot of steps between the two systems, including several sets of stairs. My wife and I considered combining our two duct networks plus installing a larger system, however that would have required another provider to add a drop ceiling or an interior designer to create some effective way to hide the HVAC ducts. My wife and I opted for a new two ton a/c upstairs in our attic plus to save the cash and replace the basement component later, as it was a few years newer. We wanted to try and get a few more years of use out of it. When we wake up first thing each day, we adjust both systems. We care about the temperature, so we set it to 68 degrees fahrenheit for the warmer season.
