My dog is a fantastic buddy and I would not trade it in for the world, then but when our dog does certain things it does make myself and others feel about giving him away to another family. Recently our dog completely wrecked our smart thermostat! This dog can do amazing things and jump pretty high for its size, then somehow, he got up on the wall where our digital smart thermostat was and kept slapping the thing with his claws! Finally, the smart thermostat could not handle any more of the abuse and it fell apart! I had to call our local heating, ventilation and A/C supplier to come out to see if they could repair it or if I would need to invest in a brand new smart thermostat, but it turned out to be where the smart thermostat had to completely be replaced. Something had happened to the digital display from the beatings it took from our cat! I was cheerful that the cost of the smart thermostat replacement was covered under the heating, ventilation and A/C repair idea that I had with the local heating and cooling supplier that came out to try to repair our smart thermostat. Smart thermostats are not super high-priced, but any money I would have to spend right now is something I would enjoy to avoid as much as I can. I am trying to chop down on expenses due to saving up for a family vacation this coming summer. I got the thermostat replaced and got a protective cover on it so the dog can not wreck this new smart thermostat!
