My parents were pretty troubled people.
And when I remember them, I remember them fondly because at least they tried.
We didn’t have a great venue to live. It was a small, cramped apartment that didn’t have a central a/c. There was a sizable boiler in the basement for heating in the Winter. However, with the heating in that apartment, there wasn’t much gauging it. The heating was on or it was off. And as for central a/c, there was none to speak of. My parents died young, but just shortly after getting a job out of college, my parents passed within months of each other. But I was okay on my own plus there was a great aunt nearby who I loved visiting plus having as family; however, it was with great surprise that I found myself inheriting her condo plus apartment when she died. She was childless plus I feel she decided to leave everything to me. I’m a homeowner now thanks to that dear woman. And it’s more home than I could have afforded because it also sits on 15 acres. The condo is old plus there were plenty of things that I had to address to replace it. For one, the central a/c in that venue was old plus not good. Instead of redoing all the air duct plus then replacing the heating plus cooling equipment, I chose to go with another ductless multi split system. And I’m so blissful that I did. What started as a way to cut costs ended up being a lovely way of getting the best quality heating plus air that I’ve ever experienced.
