I am still trying to warm up after swimming this particular afternoon in the frigid sea. My hands and feet are taking a long time to warm up, even with the warm water bottle resting on my chest with my hands buried under it. I have some thicker wool socks on my feet but they are still numb and stinging, so maybe I will have to put the warm water bottle on my feet for a while to try and get them warm again. I would definitely like to soak them in some warm water although I don’t have any warm water heating system in the flat right now, as the outdated propane boiler broke down a few weeks ago and my buddy and I are still waiting for the current one to come in the mail. I’ve been busy taking frigid showers for weeks now and would care about a warm shower again sometime soon. The only nice thing is our indoor air quality, which is certainly doing well with the HEPA filter my buddy and I installed in our main system a few months ago. I measured it the other afternoon and it is in the excellent range on the meter, which is why my allergies have been nonexistent the past few months. I have to do some cooling system service for a shopper later this week and then my buddy and I are going to meet with the local contractor to talk about some work that my buddy and I need to do next month for an immense commercial customer. My nice friend and I will get the job done one way or another and then will transport on to the next one.
