I have a friend who is an accomplished artist and songwriter! He just released his seventh album and he had a listening get-together before the release.
A few people were invited to the listening get-together which was held at one of the neighborhood concert halls, the get-together had at least 50 people and the concert hall was not as big, it could particularly hold up to 200 people, however i was backstage since I needed to make sure everything fell into place as I was tasked with the responsibility of making sure everything was okay on the ground.
This meant that I needed to ensure that the heating and A/C component was functioning well. There was a programmable thermostat that I was in charge of. I would properly adjust the hot and cold temperatures depending on the atmosphere within the hall. That day the component worked well because we had done the heating and A/C repair a month prior. The building management had allowed myself and others to supervise the entire Heating and A/C repair plan. The workers had changed the HEPA filter to enhance the function of the component and improve the circulation of disinfect and fresh air. They also checked the duct sealing and we confirmed it was officially intact. The neighborhood concert hall had purchased the component from the commercial heating and A/C provider who had also hired a serviceman to handle the cooling install. The component was a fairly modern heating and A/C as it was just 2years old. I noticed that the home services of commercial and residential heating and A/C were similar, but most of the buildings within the concert hall grounds had modern heating and A/C systems as the management had decided to substitute all units. The weather conditions controls were also updated, but every building had a temperature control machine that would be voice-controlled. Everyone enjoyed the get-together and the modern album.
