I wish I could just tell them that complaining is not gonna fix anything and if they have a real issue with the air conditioning they should tell upper management
I want to start this off by saying that I adore my task, I honestly have regularly imagined that I would have a task that I currently do and I could not be more thankful to be here! However, lately I’ve been struggling a lot with my coworkers. There are a lot of ladies in my business and I adore being around these women and their energy but it’s becoming tough to be around these people all day. Thankfully for the past year both of us have been able to task from home but for the past many weeks I’ve had to go into the office every day. I don’t guess why I know adore before they never annoyed myself and others and now I just can’t be around them. I suppose it’s because they are regularly complaining, and nothing is ever fantastic enough for them at the office! One thing my coworkers are regularly complaining about is the air conditioning at the office. The air conditioning is regularly blasting and it’s freezing cold. Of course I understand that it’s annoying to have the air-conditioning regularly running but this is nothing up-to-date to us at all. The air conditioning was regularly on before both of us left and started now working from home and now they are just complaining, it feels akin to complaining. I wish I could just tell them that complaining is not gonna fix anything and if they have a real issue with the air conditioning they should tell upper management. However, they just sit around all day and complain about the temperature of the office. I’m getting quite sick of it and find my coworkers honestly annoying.
