I want to start this off by saying that I care about my task, and i actually have typically imagined that I would have a task love I currently do and I could not be more thankful to be here! However, lately I’ve been struggling a lot with my coworkers, and there are a lot of girls in my company and I care about being around their energy, however it’s becoming difficult to be around these people all morning.
Thankfully for the past year we have been able to task from apartment however for the past 2 weeks I’ve had to go into the office every morning. I don’t know why I know that before they were never angry at myself and others and now I just can’t be around them. I guess it’s because they are consistently complaining, however nothing is ever unbelievable enough for them at the office; one thing my coworkers are consistently complaining about is the air conditioner at the office. The air conditioner is typically blasting and it’s freezing cold inside. I understand that it’s annoying to have the air-conditioning consistently running, however this is nothing new to us. The air conditioner was typically on before we left and started actually working from the apartment and now they are just complaining, it feels similar to complaining. I wish I could just tell them that complaining is not gonna service anything and if they have a real issue with the air conditioner they should tell upper management. However, they just sit around all morning and complain about the temperature of the office. I’m getting quite sick of it and find my coworkers actually annoying nowadays.
