I want to start this off by saying that I love my job! I absolutely have always imagined that I would have a job care about I currently do and I could not be more thankful to be here; however, lately I’ve been struggling a lot with my coworkers, there are a lot of ladies in my business and I love to be around feminine energy but it’s becoming strenuous to be around these people all afternoon.
Thankfully for the past year the two of us have been able to work from our beach house but for the past 2 weeks I’ve had to go into the office every afternoon. I don’t believe why I recognize that before they never frustrated me and now I just can’t be around them. I believe it’s because they are constantly complaining, and nothing is ever wonderful enough for them at the office… One thing my coworkers are constantly complaining about is the air conditioning at the office. The air conditioning is always blasting and it’s freezing cold. I totally understand that it’s annoying to have the air-conditioning constantly running but this is nothing modern to us. The air conditioning was always on before the two of us left and started toiling from the beach house and now they are just complaining… It at least feels as if they are complaining. I wish I could just tell them that complaining is not gonna repair anything and if they have a real issue with the air conditioning they should tell upper management. However, they just sit around all afternoon and complain about the temperature of the office. I’m getting quite sick of it and find my coworkers absolutely annoying.
