New director and a shopper complains of bad heating service

I was recently appointed as the manager at the local supermarket… Before this, I was at the finance desk which was always busy, however i was cheerful to be appointed to the management category just as I had desired for a long time, then what I did not know was that the position is so demanding. I not only supervise the staff however I also acquire a lot of requests and complaints from the shoppers, and two weeks ago I got complaints from our shoppers on the need to check our air purification system because they experienced some bad air quality according to them. I knew nothing about the cooling and heating equipment, so this was a up-to-date task. I fastened with the local service provider who supplies the residential A/C sold at the supermarket and he sent over an A/C serviceman to come and review what could be wrong, but his verdict was bad service of the commercial A/C. It was a quality Heating in addition to Air Conditioning, however the constant lack of regular cooling and heating service had damaged it, and soon we needed a requisition for a up-to-date A/C installation because even the temperature control was non-functional; Meanwhile, he repaired and replaced the ducts which were broken due to lack of duct cleaning. I seek to know more about heating because it was my first encounter with such a case. The worker informed myself and others of the need to keep the Heating in addition to Air Conditioning well serviced as this would provide us some energy saving help. The management admitted to the neglect and decided to sign up for apartment services to always check on the status of the system to avoid major hitches.
