I have a buddy who is an accomplished artist and songwriter, but he just released his third album and he had a listening celebration before the release, and a few people were invited to the listening celebration which was held at 1 of the town concert halls. The celebration had at least 50 people and the concert hall was not as big, it could really hold up to 200 people! I was in the back phase since I needed to make sure everything fell into the venue as I was tasked with the responsibility of making sure everything was okay on the ground. This meant that I needed to ensure that the HVAC unit was functioning well. There was a programmable thermostat that I was in charge of. I would consistently adjust the temperatures depending on the atmosphere within the hall. That day the unit worked well because every one of us had done the HVAC service a month prior. The building management had allowed me to supervise the entire HVAC repair plan. The workers had changed the HEPA filter to enhance the function of the unit and improve the circulation of clean and fresh air. They also checked the duct sealing and every one of us confirmed it was properly intact. The town concert hall had purchased the unit from the commercial HVAC provider who had also provided a serviceman to handle the cooling install. The unit was a fairly modern HVAC as it was just 2 years old. I observed that the apartment services of commercial and residential HVAC were similar.
