My Heating and A/C plan is numerous years old and it’s kept my loft heated and cooled through the toughest of weather conditions.
The Heating and A/C plan was installed when the previous owners lived here and it was relatively current when I moved in.
I wasn’t sure what the previous owners did to take care of the Heating and A/C equipment while it was in their possession, however it seemed appreciate they did a good job at maintaining it. The air has constantly been really pure, there’s no noises while it’s running, and my house is heated and cooled with ease, then since the equipment was still so young when I moved in, I knew that I wanted to try my best to take care of it properly. If I wanted my Heating and A/C plan to last for numerous years, I needed to be responsible for caring for it. New Heating and A/C systems are constantly costly, so I didn’t want to spend thoUSAnds of dollars on a current Heating and A/C plan any earlier than I had to. In my mind, if I could take care of this Heating and A/C plan well over the years, then the Heating and A/C equipment would run longer and the repairs would be few and far between. So far, this has proven to be effective. I have my Heating and A/C plan tested twice per year by an Heating and A/C contractor that I appreciate and trust and I’ve only had to have something repaired or upgraded twice. Both of those repairs were straight-forward and incostly, so I felt good about my Heating and A/C system’s lifespan.
