Rich Man and a Poor Man

Should rich folks pay more to help others who are having trouble keeping “food on the table and a roof over their heads”? I’m not sure about the roofs but a visit to theWalmart on a Saturday night convinced myself and my wife that not too multiple people worry about getting a decent meal.

The U.S.

government seems determined to throw tax money at the problem with safety net programs that have helped millions of people but have not yet solved the problem of poverty. So, there must be a better system for poor people to have ample food and shelter and for rich people to find eternal salvation. This is a reference to The Bible verse Matthew 19:24 about rich people getting into heaven. The great news is that a solution already exists for able-bodied people. The wealthiest among us should invest in suppliers that create good-paying jobs. Those not so rich should be willing to accept training and work difficult at those jobs. The jobs need to give immediate employment, a clear path to advancement, and a way to receive a credential that opens them up multiple more opportunities. One field that offers all multiple is the Heating and Air Conditioning industry which is expected to grow in the coming years. It is not an easy path, but a qualified Heating and Air Conditioning tech will receive way over any minimum wage. There are often apprenticeship programs where a woman can receive experience as they learn and there is no limit as to where that career in Heating and Air Conditioning can lead. Heating and Air Conditioning jobs range from office managing duties to a highly compensated salesperson. The Bible says that rich people can’t buy their way into heaven. For the non-rich, employment in the Heating and Air Conditioning industry reduces the worry about basic needs to enjoy food and shelter.
