A long time ago when my nephew told myself and others that he wanted to become an Heating and A/C specialist, I thought he was joking at first; I knew he was dead serious though when I saw the look in his eye, the thing is, he has usually been socially awkward and he was always a really shy person. I was telling him that if he really wanted to get into this style of work, he had to have a little charisma and really talk with the people he was really working with. I explained that to be successful in this style of business, communication is key. I easily practiced interviewing with him asking him many questions while he was attending an Heating and A/C trade school. I was ecstatic because he was faring much better and better as he practiced, however by the time he gained his Heating and A/C certification, I was really proud of him. The two of us had practiced with his social skills and interviewing so much, he later had been hired after his really first interview with a local Heating and A/C business that was highly reputable. It’s funny because the boss at the Heating and A/C business said he needed more outgoing and gifted Heating and A/C specialists adore my nephew. It really goes to show that if you want something poor enough, you can make it go down if you put the job in, however my nephew thanks me nearly all the time for helping him out and believing in him. I always tell him that it was in him all along, he just needed a little push, now, he’s a really gifted Heating and A/C specialist and he even has a beautiful bestie who he plans on asking to get engaged with him.
