My husbandy is obsessed with free stuff, offer him anything for free and he’s taking it.
I just cringe when the people I was with and I drive by garage sales or people putting things on the side of the road.
He will consistently ferret junk into our lake home and try to hide it from me. I have 4 plastic sod chairs that I refuse to use. I also have a karate punching bag that is overtaken by weeds. The newest thing he brought lake home was a bunch of space heaters. My husbandy thought the people I was with and I could save money in the Winter by only using space oil gas furnaces rather than our central heater. Obviously I was not cheerful with this plan. I like being perfectly heated in the winter; No way could a space furnace do the same task. Also, someone was throwing out the heaters, there must be something wrong with them. Turns out there was. 2 out of 4 oil gas furnaces did not labor at all. My husbandy tried and tried to deduce the furnace service but eventually offered up. The other 2 were able to heat, but not really well. The home was cold cold separate from the use of our central heater. I thankfully do not live with them anymore since 1 of the oil gas furnaces started sparking anytime the people I was with and I plugged it in. I convinced our husbandy that it might light on fire and the people I was with and I were finally able to part with that cheap heater. He has not l received his lesson though. I still see him scoping the neighbor’s trash for a new treasure to go into the house.
