I have had to endure complications with the AC for the past 2 years. I finally decided it was time to replace the device last year. It was 1 of the best decisions that I ever made. At the point when I chose to replace, the AC was barely cooling the house at all. It wasn’t getting parts of the house cool and some of the problems were due to older ductwork. I replaced the ductwork when I hired the company to complete the labor on the heat pump and the air conditioner. After making the replaces, I observed a significant increase in the airflow in our home. The greatest issue with heating and cooling in the condo turned out to be the ductwork. The company told myself and others that there were parts of the ductwork that were missing entirely. It seemed care about the previous owners might have had an issue with mice. The company assured myself and others that he did not see any evidence of mice inside of the attic or the ductwork. The complication was certainly from someone else and not me. I have 1 month of Summer left when I replaced everything in the house and that month of Summer was the coolest month I have ever spent out here on the water. It felt care about I was inside of a hospital or laboratory. The air was fresh, clean, and ice cold. I was equally impressed with the Heating plus A/C plan after I used the heat pump for the Wintertide season. I never had to lower the temperature in order for the house to stay warm.
