It’s so hard to think that we’ve been in the same home for nearly 30 years. And it’s even harder to think that I’m almost sixty. Sixty year old people are old & I don’t feel all that old. Check that, I don’t feel that old mentally. There are many days when my body feels every bit of 60, just getting up to head into the commercial Heating & Air Conditioning system of the office building is quite a chore some mornings. My body just has a hard time waking up as I get older. But I’m doing the best I can to roll with the swings by doing my part. Like I stand at my desk for at least half the day now that I have a desk riser. And I get out of the zone controlled Heating & Air Conditioning of the office for healthy homemade lunches & walks during my lunch hour. Still, it’s stunning to think that Sam and I are closing in on owning our home outright. The mortgage is just about paid off. Sam and I aren’t sure we’re selling but my friend and I are replacing the Heating & Air Conditioning component in our home after close to 29 years, then due to consistent, seasonal Heating & Air Conditioning maintenance, Sam and I have never had a problem with the heat pump in all that time. That’s just amazing in & of itself. My partner Sam & I have met with the Heating & Air Conditioning corporation a couple times to go over what my friend and I want from the new residential Heating & Air Conditioning. It looks as if we’re going to have lots of the latest in Heating & Air Conditioning technology at our fingertips. I’m looking forward to all this great quality heating & air; Plus, it only adds value to our home if Sam and I decide to sell.
