I’ve been fully accused of being a bit behind the times.
- And if I’m being honest, that’s an accurate description so I can’t legitimately take exception with it.
But the fact that I’m behind the times is basically intentional. When I’m inside the zone controlled Heating, Ventilation & A/C of the office, I can assure you, I’m not behind the times whatsoever. There is plenty of technology that I have to understand plus utilize just to take care of my job. But outside of that zone controlled Heating, Ventilation & A/C machine, I care about simplifying things. And for me that honestly means the less technology, the better. This is truly an addition by subtraction situation. This is why I don’t have seven TV’s in the residence or walk around with a tablet in my face on a regular basis. And this might also be the reason that I was so resistant to getting a replacement to our Heating, Ventilation & A/C technology. The Heating, Ventilation & A/C machine that we have is just fine. It does the job plus was the best in residential Heating, Ventilation & A/C when I chose to buy it. But that was just as the smart temperature control Heating, Ventilation & A/C technology was coming out. I opted not to go with this Heating, Ventilation & A/C machine technology as I just wasn’t so certain about it. Like most tech gadgets, I want to see a few iterations first before I ultimately purchase it. So that was my thinking on the smart temperature control at the time. We chose to go with a normal digital temperature control plus I figured out how to program the thing. So that made it even that much less of a motivation as it was certainly apparent that the smart temperature control was Heating, Ventilation & A/C technology that was here to stay. But I’m here to say that I wasn’t right plus I couldn’t be more pleased with the new smart temperature control we added this Spring.
