I didn’t really understand why the temperature control kept changing back to the previous settings, and it was making me pretty mad… I even started yelling at my husband about it because I expected that he was the culprit. I thought that he was going behind my back and changing everything when I left for work in the night hours, however that absolutely turned out to not be the case at all. We absolutely got into a large fight about the fact that the temperature control settings kept changing… See, we had installed a digital programmable temperature control in our residence just the year before so that we could make sure that our indoor air quality levels were right on point. We like to have the temperature levels in our residence at exactly the right settings all of the time to help entirely lower our heating and cooling costs. Also, having the temperature control settings right where you want them makes certain that you are comfortable in your residence all the time. Anyway, my husband and I were quite suspicious of each other because the temperature control settings kept changing on us. I pretty much thought he was doing it, and he thought I was doing it, but come to find out, we were totally wrong! Our temperature control was absolutely running low on batteries and so it was not running the typical schedule because of this. We both felt totally sheepish when we learned that this was what had happened. From that moment on, we have made sure to check the batteries in the temperature control whenever we are checking those batteries in the smoke detectors.
