Last year, when I had to call the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C company to do the servicing on my air conditioning system, it took me nearly a week to get a serviceman to the house.
- I was blissful that I had called them early, or I may not have had the servicing done before summer.
I understand that sometimes the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C company can get busy, however I thought it was absurd to take so long. I even told the woman that I couldn’t understand how they could stay in business. This past Springtime, I called the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C company to have my service done. It floored me to hear they had gone out of business. I knew they were slow last year, however I didn’t expect them to just close up the business. I was scrambling trying to find another Heating, Ventilation, & A/C company that would do my servicing. It also uneasy me since I had a service & service agreement. Was the current Heating, Ventilation, & A/C company going to honor that service agreement or was I going to need to buy a single from the current Heating, Ventilation, & A/C business. Those agreements weren’t cheap. I finally found an Heating, Ventilation, & A/C company that would service my air conditioning system unit. They offered to honor the remainder of my service agreement, & they even signed me on as a single of their customers. They were kind enough to include my gas furnace in the repair & service agreement. I’m not sure if I’ll be staying with this current Heating, Ventilation, & A/C business. They are a bit more extravagant than the outdated a single I used. Then again, the outdated Heating, Ventilation, & A/C company just closed up on me without any warning & this a single is working under their repair agreement.
