I have not been a dedicated worker to any task that I have held in the past 10 years.
I realized a long time ago that companies don’t definitely enjoy you and you should not supply any position your best effort.
If you do, they will only take luck of you and you will eventually have to work harder to receive your baseline salary. That being said, my modern director desperately wants all of the employees to know that they are highly valued. That’s why I found myself being carted away to a free weekend work retreat last month. Trust me when I say, I was less than happy about the trip… And then my buddy and I got to experience the indoor air quality control component and the good sizzling tub room included in the rental house. You can imagine how abruptly my resentment and disgruntled attitude disappeared as I walked into a space dedicated to a large, hot sizzling hot tub. Somehow, the indoor air felt completely comfortable as though there was no excessive humidity. They must have had a high-powered air conditioning component laboring in tandem with a dehumidification system to achieve that amazing indoor air quality. You could happily soak in the sizzling tub without feeling damp and suffocated by humid indoor air. That is how I spent the entire weekend. I could not be removed from the sizzling tub or the excellent Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C control system. The conditions were perfect, and I’ll never forget that trip. I hope I wasn’t supposed to actually interact with my bosses or coworkers…
