Sometimes I wonder if my friends and family are just overly dramatic. They seem to have a lot of extra problems in life that could easily be avoided if they did simple things like taking care of themselves. However, this seems to be a difficult point to get through their heads. No matter how many times I try to tell them that lifestyle is going to be their biggest preventer of health issues and other complaints, they just won’t make any changes. Unfortunately, I find that this goes all the way down to their heating, cooling, and air Quality control Systems even. Many humans refuse to call there indoor air quality control repair dealerships for any issues with their heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. They assume that their indoor air quality control devices will simply manage themselves and indoor air quality doesn’t make a difference on their overall quality of life. I happen to completely disagree. I believe that Indoor air temperature control and air quality management is a massive step towards improving your health. This is what I try to tell my brothers, who live in an extremely polluted area. I want them to upgrade their Central heating, cooling, and air Quality control equipment as soon as possible, with Advanced air filtration devices and filters. Unfortunately, my brother’s don’t believe that air media purification devices, HEPA air filters, or even UV disinfection bulbs actually work. I have been trying to help them improve their lives, but they won’t even take the simple step of improving their indoor air quality.
