Improving our indoor air quality while we deal with the pandemic

Although I have now been dealing with the effects of the pandemic for all this time, I still find myself a bit off balance like many others.

You’d suppose that by now, I would have a well worn strategy. That just isn’t the case. Honestly, I thought that by now the two of us would be better off within this country. That definitely isn’t the case either. So, as the two of us go into the winter, I wanted to make another push to keep myself as well as my family safe. Sure, I’m really working from the relative safety of my HVAC maintained home. Both my husband as well as I are lucky to be able to work from the HVAC comfort of a cabin office. And our middle school age ladies have also adjusted somewhat to their remote reading. Yet, it still doesn’t seem like I am doing all that I can do to protect all of us. That is why I have called the HVAC professionals to help us improve our air quality. The link between great immune health as well as quality indoor air is a fact. This is why when all of this started, I decided to do away with the paper air filters in favor of the HEPA genre air HVAC air filters. These air filters are able to trap as well as detach more than 99.9 percent of airborne contaminants. We could all immediately notice the difference in the air quality. Yet with the surge of Covid cases expected this winter, I chose to have the HVAC people add a special UV air purification system. This way, I think that I am providing the best possible occasion for our immune plans to remain strong. And, I suppose that could be incredibly crucial this year.
