My parents have decided that they are going to be putting an addition onto their house when the Spring comes this year.
They’ve been talking about it ever since they retired a couple of years ago, however they just never entirely seemed to find the right time. They’ve been busy traveling plus spending time with my sibling plus sister-in-law who live more than 2 states away. Then the whole pandemic thing happened. So I believe you could say that there hasn’t been a entirely optimal time for them to put the addition on, but finally, though, they are going to be doing it this Spring when the weather starts heating up. One of the things that they’ve been talking about lately is something called zone control heating plus cooling. This is because they are supposed to beginning deciding whether or not they want to use their existing heating plus cooling plan for the addition or to put in a brand current Heating, Ventilation plus A/C plan along with ventilation ducts for it. I believe they talked to their Heating, Ventilation plus A/C contractor about it plus he said that he thought that the extra square footage would just be way too much of a strain on their existing Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system. He recommended putting in a current a single for the addition plus installing zone control heating plus cooling. I’m pretty sure that’s what they are going to end up doing, too. It’s all they’ve been talking about for the past more than 2 weeks. I hope they get the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C stuff figured out soon so they can transport onto the fun parts of remodeling.
