We opened our own fast-food restaurant

After years of working for other people, my fiance and I had the urge to set up our restaurant, and we both had the dream, however it became more important once we got together.

We decided to postpone the wedding and use the money to open our business, and setting it up was expensive since both of us needed the right equipment, but it was better to invest in it now and to make plans for our future later.

Another part of the restaurant both of us had to consider was air ventilation, the location was in the city with stricter rules about the type of AC to set up. After much research, we started seeking HVAC vendors selling the right commercial a/cs for the diner. We got leads to a few and visited them to find out what heating and cooling units they had on offer. We were situated in a smaller commercial building, so we decided to install the rooftop units. It was the right size and design for the structure and would keep us comfortable. I talked to some other store owners, and they recommended it. The rooftop Heating and A/C equipment was an all-in-one cooling and heating plan that we could use in summer time and winter. It came with a smart thermostat with remote control, and both of us could also operate using an app. I was happy with the commercial cooling equipment we purchased for our first fast food restaurant. Commercial heating and air conditioning installation took time because there was lots of ductwork to be done. But, the Heating and A/C dealer was professional and gave us a discount on a service plan. We would get regular AC servicing for a few years then start making payments after that, then once the rooftop units were done, the store was ready to open.
