But then, we’d forget or something would come up and two things happened. That’s not nice all the way around, and I was the one giving my spouse the work, so she found a way to just make the stop too. The Heating and Air Conditioning maintenance plan is indeed good because they take care of all the scheduling, and with a key to the garage, my buddy and I don’t have to even be in the apartment any longer. But the Heating and Air Conditioning maintenance plan also provides us with discounts for other Heating and Air Conditioning services. I had the Heating and Air Conditioning suppliers come out to do the HVAC duct cleaning and HVAC duct resealing in our home. I know the HVAC duct hasn’t been cleaned for the decade we’ve owned the house, and I have no idea whether the HVAC duct had been cleaned prior to that. But I’m guessing the HVAC duct was pretty filthy because I could not believe the change to the indoor air. It was just so clean that I could hardly believe it. The HVAC duct resealing is going to improve the efficiency of the heat pump significantly as my buddy and I are now in air conditioning season.
