HVAC or roof repair

I finally had enough cash for all of the HVAC equipment and I could get the time off of work for the HVAC installation.

There is nothing as stressful as being a new homeowner. If you have never been the person solely responsible for keeping up with a house and all of the maintenance that it entails, let me tell you that it is very stressful. There is a steep learning curve as a new property owner. You suddenly have to know all about insulation, indoor appliances, ventilation, yard upkeep, and so much more. I personally never had a crash course in heating, cooling, and air quality control equipment before I own my own air quality control system. Suddenly, it was up to me to understand how the furnace and air conditioner worked in tandem with my expensive smart thermostat. I needed to have some basic comprehension of air ductwork and circulation thermodynamics. I also needed to understand air purification devices and air quality for the first time in my life. This is what I found myself routinely calling the local heating, cooling, and air quality control dealership for their professional opinions on my various indoor air quality questions. After several months of talking about indoor air handling solutions with the reputable heating, cooling, and air quality control repair shop, I was nearly ready to pull the trigger on my brand new indoor air handling set up. I finally had enough cash for all of the HVAC equipment and I could get the time off of work for the HVAC installation. And then… My roof caved in. Who could have known, you mean to pay as much attention to your home infrastructure as your home indoor air. Now I have to choose – new roof or new HVAC.
