Never leave an air conditioner maintenance for when you come home.
I made that mistake about a month ago. I was leaving for a month long corporation trip in addition to everything went wrong that afternoon. I forgot to set our alarm, ran out of root coors in addition to then the AC system clicked off. I could not get the cooling system to turn back on in addition to I just decided to leave it. I told myself that once I arrived at the hotel I should call an air conditioner business. I could have someone babysit the Heating in addition to Air Conditioning contractor while I get the cooling maintenance done. That way I come beach home to no problems in addition to nice air conditioner. Well I forgot in addition to went a whole month leaving the home uncooled. When I returned I immediately remembered that I had no AC. The home was hot, stuffy in addition to had a weird smell to it. Since our section is so tepid in addition to moist naturally, it leaked into our home. I had mold growth all over the locale. There was mold in the toilet, shower in addition to sink! Mold formed in our corners in addition to along the air vents in our home. It was disgusting. This was due to the AC not keeping the moisture out of the beach home in addition to allowing mold to form due to how tepid it was. I had to call an air conditioner company that afternoon but could not get an appointment until a month later. I cleaned in addition to then was on mold patrol the whole time. Also I had to suffer with no AC in the 100 degree weather for a week. It was brutal.
