My friend is watching my place overseas while I am gone and he just told me that my air conditioning isn’t working anymore.
He said he went into the flat the other day and it was really hot inside so he turned on the AC to find no cold air blowing from the vents anymore.
I am going to have to contact the landlord and see about getting it fixed before I come back because it is now summer and there is no way I’ll be able to live there without some kind of climate control. I have some fans in the house but they aren’t going to help me much when my flat is 90 F inside. I have a good friend who works as a cooling specialist over there and I am going to ask him if he has time to go over and look at my HVAC system. I think he will be able to figure out what the problem is because he has been working in the field for a long time and has a lot of knowledge about it. I have some time before I am supposed to go back and if he can’t fix the HVAC system in time then I will just change my flight and stay here in the states for a couple more weeks. There is always a solution to problems like this that come up, you just need a little patience and things work out. I probably need to get an HVAC system tune-up while he is there so this doesn’t happen again.
