My favorite restaurant uses ductless mini splits

Back before I got a better job, I could never afford eating out at restaurants. It was a serious hurdle to afford anything beyond processed foods and burger joints. I hated always going for fast food if I wanted to get something to eat when I wasn’t at home. But over the years I had always wanted to eat at nicer restaurants. I had friends that would spend a large portion of their money every week just eating out at various fine dining restaurants around town. I could never bring myself to sacrifice that much of my income just to eat high rated food. So I stuck to mostly cooking at home if I wanted something special. These days I can finally afford to eat out to some extent. I have a favorite restaurant in town that serves primarily Italian food. They have some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. Right now they’ve been getting by on using ductless mini splits for heating and cooling purposes. They have several of them throughout the restaurant, with one in the front, one and the dining area, one near the bar, and one in the kitchen. These ductless mini splits give them zone controlled heating and cooling throughout the entire restaurant. That way they can only heat and cool the areas that they need to, especially during after hours cleaning and maintenance. I never have any complaints about their air conditioning or their heating when I’m at that restaurant. I think they get by just fine using ductless mini splits for their heating and cooling purposes.
