When you think about the theme park, you picture a lot of colorful and fun rides, mascots plus several other fun attractions.
- Can you imagine that same thing in the middle of July, plus in the deep south? It gets super hot and humid with the sun beating down on you plus burning your skin! The temperatures can reach upward one hundred degrees.
It can be taxing to make it through an entire day at these parks without spending half of the time in a shady spot. However, thankfully for my girlfriend plus myself, we’ve been to a particular park numerous times and we already know where all the good “cool-down” spots are. There’s a small pizzeria right in the square when you enter at the front of the park. Nobody ever realizes it’s right there! In this pizzeria, they have excellent air quality due to the central air conditioning system running all day long. They also installed air purification systems, which keeps the pizzeria from smelling foul. The air inside is always fresh, plus most people in the restaurant are very polite. I’m sure they’re sweet because they get to work their shifts in a cool air conditioned pizzeria all day long! There’s a few other spots around their park that are excellent for cooling down, such as the indoor rides plus character meet ups. These are always found in sizable spaces that are heavily air conditioned for their guests. It’s kept cool to allow their cast members inside the costumes to stay cool plus dry. I can’t imagine spending all day in this weather, wearing a large fur costume or a ton of make-up on our face!
