The air ducts have become a problem

I own a rental beach house home and our 1 tenant drives me insane. Kathy rents the first floor of the home and is consistently calling me for things, i get called for leaky sinks, a/c low on refrigerant and about the other tenants, he had gotten disappointing enough where I stopped taking his calls, when I finally decided to listen to the messages I felt bad, however but it was a common boy who cried wolf situation. She was calling about bees in the air ducts. I figured 1 bee was undoubtedly buzzing around and scaring her. I took our time getting back to his and I armed myself with a can of bee spray. When I arrived to his beach house I could hear the bees, and turns out he had a swarm of bees that had a hive in the air duct. She could not run his HVAC unit or evenly safely get in his apartment. I don’t even guess how he was getting in and out of the apartment. I called an exterminator instantly. I then had to get a HVAC company over to do ductlabor cleaning. Since bees have moisture in their bodies, they could undoubtedly ruin our metal air ducts. I had to get the exterminator to kill them, and the HVAC professional to clear away all the evidence. It was a really fancy appointment that could have been avoided if I listened to Kathy when he first called me, and how was I supposed to guess that it was really a giant issue though?
