In my opinion, it’s always better to pay more up front and then you don’t have to worry about repairs and maintenance work later on
I think that when it comes to your HVAC company, you really end up getting what you pay for. That’s just the experience that I’ve had with HVAC companies, anyway. I don’t know how everyone else feels about it, but with my HVAC company, I feel like I should probably go ahead and pay more up front to get the type of quality HVAC service and systems that I really need. If you don’t pay more up front and you sacrifice quality for a lower cost, then you’re probably going to end up having to pay more later on. Not only that, but you’re going to end up paying with your time and inconvenience, too. I mean, think about how much trouble it always is whenever your heating system or your central air conditioning go on the blink during the coldest part of the winter or the hottest part of the summer! It’s always terrible and your indoor air quality goes down the tubes in a matter of minutes, it seems like. Then, on top of all of that, you have to make an appointment for an HVAC technician to come out. You have to miss work, wait around for them, and worry about what the repair costs are going to be, too. In my opinion, it’s always better to pay more up front and then you don’t have to worry about repairs and maintenance work later on. I’m sure that everyone’s experience is different, but that’s been my experience with HVAC systems and HVAC companies in the recent past, anyway.
