The boiler in the home was old

There was a house I was really interested in, and I could tell the owners wanted to sell it quickly.

The house had already been on the market for 3 months, and no one seemed to want it that much.

I could already see the issue. The house, although incredibly beautiful, was way overpriced. The house had damage to it, as well as there were many parts of the home that were outdated. The boiler system is a great example, having an old heating and cooling system is a great way to reduce the price of your house, but I guess the owners of that home didn’t get the message. The home was selling for close to double what it was worth, and so it was easy to see why it wasn’t selling. I was hoping, since their furnace system and other parts were in such lousy conditions, that they would drop the price. A month or so later when I checked back, they had dropped the price a bit, but it was still very overpriced overall. It didn’t seem like they were going to drop the price any further, but I still wanted to make an offer just to make sure. I wasn’t surprised when they rejected the offer, and I made sure to point out how old their heater was, but they wouldn’t budge. At this rate, their home is never going to be sold. I ended up finding another home that I really liked, and the HVAC device in this home was in perfect condition, now I am in the process of buying that home.
